Layers Feed

There are different types of layers feed which are fed according to the age of birds.They are:

1.  Layers starter (L1) :  This pellet feed is fed to the young chicks from 1st day to 8th weeks.this feed promotes the early growth of the layers chicks.

2.  Layers Grower (L2) : This pellet feed is fed to the growing stage of chicks from 8th week to 18th week.
                                              This feed prepares the poultry well for production.

3    Layers finisher (L3) :   This pellet feed is fed to the laying bird after they start to lay eggs generally from 18th weeks onwards ie during production period. This feed helps to obtain higher production in layer
